We usually no not recommendr the old school scrape and push methods with skid steers or bull dozer's due to the destructive nature, but we recommend these methods for land needing leveled for construction.
We also offer to clean up and clear fence lines of grass, weeds, brush, and small tree's. Also we can trim up the undergrowth of over grown trees. Fence lines should be taken care of twice a year or as needed. Many companies only cut trees, shrubs and other growth down leaving the tree stumps in the ground. It can cost many more times the clearing costs if these stumps are located within your building footprint. A good builder will remove these stumps before building and will typically have to rent a backhoe (which is costly, typically double or triple the cost of the clearing) to pry these stumps out of the ground because you no longer have the trunk of the tree to be used as leverage. In addition, the stumps can become a breeding ground for termites.
